Not at all. BUILT DIFFERENT welcomes all fitness and experience levels — whether you’re stepping into your first class or already have fight experience.

Yes. Many of our classes are designed for all levels, and our coaches can provide modifications where needed. Some classes, such as The Pit and selected Lab sessions, are fighter-focused.

We recommend bringing:
Water bottle
Towel
Comfortable training clothes
Boxing gloves (if you have them)
If you’re new, reach out to us and we can help guide you on what you’ll need.

We offer training suitable for teens and adults. Please contact us regarding younger athletes, youth programs or school collaborations.

All classes and memberships are managed through GymMaster. Once signed up, you’ll be able to book classes directly through the app.

Engine Room → Conditioning & endurance
Chaos → High-intensity mixed training
Hard Labour → Functional grind-style training
The Lab → Technical boxing development
The Pit → Fighter conditioning & pressure training
Open Rounds → Boxing for all levels
The Crew → Community-focused group session
